Phillip Kerman is an Adobe Certified Professional
Phillip Kerman is a teacher, writer, and programmer focusing on the Adobe Flash platform. He's programmed several games on MSN and Messenger Live including Sudoku Too and Jigsaw Too. He also programmed the real-time cattle auction site stampedecattle.com. Recently his focus is on cashing-in before Bubble 2.0.

John Daigle is president of Evergreen Online Learning, LLC, based in Evergreen, Colorado. A frequent speaker at national online help conferences, John is an Adobe Certified RoboHelp, Captivate and Acrobat Connect (Breeze) Instructor. In 1993, he created www.hypertexas.com, the first website devoted to online help authoring. He has taught RoboHelp since 1992 and RoboDemo/Captivate since they were introduced.

John's clients include the MTV Television Networks, Walt Disney Company, Microsoft, McKesson Pharmaceuticals, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. He also hosts and develops websites for hospitals, architectural firms among many more.
John is a member of the Society for Technical Communication and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Houston. Ayo Binitie has been developing Actionscript applications with Flash and now the FlexSDK for over eight years. Currently he architects and leads the development of a number of medium to large scale Rich Interactive Applications. Personal experiments have involved the building of multi user Internet applications on the Flash Media Interactive Server platform, sound visualizations with Flash using the Papervision3D API and exploring various development techniques using Design Patterns.
Ayo has a sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming principles and practice and have adapted classic core Java and C# design patterns to Flash/Flex application development. His grasp and understanding of application development using the Flash Media Interactive Server platform is high level and specialized. Since 1999 he has been a part of the Macromedia now Adobe, as a beta test programmer testing various Actionscript delivery technologies.
Notably Ayo has contributed to books, and written articles on Flash, Actionscript and Flash Media Server. His client base includes Nike, AKQA and many others.

Mark Chrisman is an eLearning Specialist based in Seattle, WA, who works for Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, where he develops enterprise web-based training. He has over six years experience in training design, development and consultation and has presented at two national eLearning Guild conferences and has published two articles for the Adobe Captivate Development Center. He has a B.S. in Communications/Fine Art and a Certificate in Multimedia. He is also managing a Captivate Users Group in Seattle, which includes group presentations and workshops, as well as a blog and social network.
- Jeff Witchel | InDesign | Illustrator
Jeff Witchel graduated from Pratt Institute in 1973 with a B.F.A. (Cum Laude) in Advertising Design and Visual Communications. He has been an award-winning advertising art director, writer, designer, illustrator, and TV producer ever since.
Before starting his own advertising agency in New Jersey, Jeff built his career at top New York ad agencies such as Young & Rubicam, Grey Advertising, and Wells, Rich, Greene. Over the years, he has created award-winning work for many clients including AT&T, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Jell-O Pudding, The Plaza Hotel, and Pfizer. His many prestigious awards include N.Y. Art Directors Club Gold Award, One Show Gold Award, N.J. Art Directors Club Award, multiple Andy Awards, Graphis Annual, numerous readership awards, plus an Emmy Award nomination.
Jeff is a self-taught computer artist with over 20 years of experience. His initial introduction to the computer was with PageMaker, but he switched to Quark 1.0 when it was first introduced in 1987. Having arrived on the desktop publishing scene so early, Jeff became the “go to” guy for answers when others started getting into computer graphics.
As an Adobe Certified Expert, he’s provided online support for Adobe and is now an Adobe Certified Training Provider for both Adobe Illustrator CS3 and Adobe InDesign CS3. Jeff is one of just a handful of Adobe Certified Instructors in the New York metropolitan area. He also is a Quark Certified Expert in QuarkXPress 6 as well as a master of Adobe Photoshop and related applications. He counts among his training clients ad agencies, design studios, magazines, illustrators, and photographers.
Jeff has authored and been the Instructor for various training DVDs as well as online videos for both InDesign and Illustrator. He also writes online tutorials for www.LayersMagazine.com and is the author of “Layers Magazine Tips of the Day,” which are received by thousands of subscribers each day.
- Steve Weinrebe | Photoshop
As both a teacher and a photographer, Steve has enjoyed introducing students to Adobe Photoshop since 1991. In 1996 he became the ninth person ever to become an Adobe Certified Photoshop Instructor (there are still fewer than 200 in the USA). His book Adobe Photoshop and the Art of Photography: A Comprehensive Introduction (Thomson-Delmar Learning, 448 pgs.), provides a complete introductory Photoshop course featuring original photography and easy to understand text and illustrations, and also features original interviews with well regarded photographers at the end of each chapter.
In 2006 he received a Videographer award for multi-media training on the video applications of Photoshop. As a professional photographer, Steve has won numerous awards over his 30 year career and is published internationally. His stock photography is represented worldwide by Getty Images. He has toured for Calumet Photo, teaching Photoshop seminars, and has recently been brought on board to the Maine Media Workshops faculty to teach photoshop for photographers, and for videographers. Through his video production company Whole Cloth Productions™ , he produced an award winning children’s video.
Besides writing for Mode Studio, Steve writes tutorials for the Photoshop User web site, and a column for CreativeBlvd.com. Being both a fan of the liberal arts, and an entrepreneur, Steve has a BA in Philosophy from Beloit College, and an MBA, with honors, from Temple University.
