Freelance Adobe Instructors
We are seeking freelance Certified Adobe Instructors who love people as much as they love technology. While some people are real technical gurus, they enjoy showing off more than they enjoy helping those who don't know as much as them. We are looking for people who really enjoy seeing that spark of understanding in others, who are patient and empathetic, and who are fun and easy to get along with. They must also be extremely ethical, unafraid to admit when they don't know something, and great presenters who have poise and presence behind a podium. They've got to be good at managing a classroom as well, and handling students of various skill levels. We will assist and guide the right candidate in getting their Adobe Certification.

Corporate Account Specialist
Maintains good working relationships and cooperates actively with superiors and other company and outside associates to ensure that the objectives of the company are met.
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Under direct supervision performs telephone promotional work to sell and develop new business as directed by management. May work with new and/or established accounts to develop the full market potential and product acceptance. Introduce and upgrade products to new and existing accounts; develop and maintain a sound relationship with customers. Meet established revenue goals.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Influence customer to buy product by following a prepared sales presentation providing product information and price quotations.
· Call out to potential customers as directed by management. This will include sales blitzes targeting a specific territory or a blitz targeting a specific product. When assigned a blitz, must make a minimum of 50 calls per week.
· Track decreased business and follow up with courtesy calls for assigned accounts. (Also up-selling at the same time.) Make a minimum of 40 courtesy calls per month.
· Maintain and sell into areas in which outside sales reps are absent.
· Have ability to prioritize job duties in order to meet business initiatives.
· Be available to travel to regional accounts to provide necessary support and trainings on a limited basis.
· Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition.
· Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
· Submit pipeline reports; such as account information on that setup, as well as those accounts called upon for up selling.
· Coordinate, create and extend contracts to clients.
· Assemble marketing materials/packets in conjunction with company guidelines.
· Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
· Must be able to travel as required.
· Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS
· Proven ability to close large customer accounts.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
· Familiar with word-processing and spreadsheet software, preferably Word and Excel.
· Familiar with Internet applications.
