Registration Policy

Individual clients may register for classes on a first come first serve basis, as our classrooms are limited to a maximum of 8 students per class. Payment must be received 14 days prior to the class date in full to reserve a seat.
Upon receipt of payment, individuals will receive courseware books as authorized by software vendor at the beginning of the class date.

Organizations/Businesses may register for classes to be given at their location. Payment must be received in full 14 days prior to class date. Upon receipt of payment, individuals will receive courseware books at the beginning of the class date as specified by software vendor.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a class at anytime and retake the class at a later date. (Rescheduling is allowed in accordance with the Rescheduling Policy)

Refund Policy

IdeaInteractiveMedia employs a No Refund Policy unless all efforts on our part have been fully exhausted in trying to accomodate our clients as best as we can. We encourage you to please read all Terms and Conditions.

In the case of low enrollment, classes may be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion. If you are in a class that is cancelled or rescheduled, we will assist in every way to find a replacement class for you as soon as possible.

In no event shall IdeaInteractiveMedia be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, resulting from rescheduling or training. IdeaInteractiveMedia. reserves the right to reschedule a class if the number of participants drops below the minimum or for other reasons beyond its control.

If classes are cancelled or rescheduled, clients may reschedule the class at a later date.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule a class without charge if rescheduling is requested at least 10 days prior to the class date. In no event shall IdeaInteractiveMedia be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, resulting from rescheduling or training.

Audit a Class

You are welcome to come back and attend a class that you have already attended with the following guidelines: You must audit the class within 6 months of the initial date of the class. You must bring your original training materials.

Training Packages Terms and Conditions

  • Training packages are not refundable or exchangeable. They are exclusively for the use of the individual for who they are purchased.
  • Identification must be shown upon attendance of class. Any attempt at fraudulently attending class using another person's name will result in an immediate termination of the package with no refunds.
  • Full payment is due upon entry to the package. Payment must be received prior to attending the first class.
  • All course dates must begin within 1 year of the first class taken.
  • This offer is non-refundable and not valid with other discount programs.
  • This offer is not valid for on-site, custom scheduled, or training at affiliate locations.
  • Applies to new registrations only. Previous purchases can not be applied to newly purchased packages.
  • All classes must be registered through our standard registration form online.
  • All classes include full courseware and completion certificates, but do not include extra marketing incentives.
  • The packages applies to regularly scheduled, open-enrollment classes offered by IdeaInteractiveMedia, Inc. Special classes offered by guest instructor's are not included with the package.

Course Units Program / CUP Terms and Conditions

In order to receive the discounted package rate, your chosen number of units must be paid for in advance. Course Units can be mixed for a combination of 2-day or 3-day courses.
Course Registrations may not begin until package payments are received.
IdeaInteractiveMedia, Inc. will provide Course Unit Statements on a quarterly basis. The statement will detail the number of units initially purchased, the number of units used to date with student names, and the current balance available. The statements will be sent via e-mail and USPS to the designated client POC. CUP is non-refundable and not valid with any other discount programs or marketing incentives. Applies to new registrations only. Previous purchases can not be applied to newly purchased units.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database, only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on IdeaInteractiveMedia's servers.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
